This autumn the British Music experience is celebrating the music video director. 30 years on from the birth of MTV the music video has developed and evolved into a creative explosion and visual representation of an artists work. They delight, entertain and excite and when directed by some of the UK’s finest talent, have the ability to open our eyes to other worlds, and broader issues.
In a series of intimate discussions directors will be discussing their work, inspirations and experiences. It will also shine a light behind the scenes showing what it takes to get these videos in the public domain, from the technology and software used to scouting for locations.
