Today we went through the September checklist RESEARCH and added in the very helpful guidelines found on gsamedia.blogspot.co.uk SO PLEASE REFER CLOSELY TO THESE. As he prescribes what you need for an A grade, B grade and so on, we agreed that we need to spend the rest of the week getting this picture perfect before moving on to more planning. PREP therefore we decided to complete ALL his requirements by next Friday 11th October and celebrate with chocolate biscuits. It will be a tough week with a lot to do but we started by using today's lesson time. The Directors Label DVDs will be left out on my desk but must not leave the studio.

You all now have paper copies of his checklist. We now plan to extend our research to cover all the aspects that he suggests. We note his comments about 

• plagiarism (and requirement to add urls) 
• individual not group work
• detail in textual analysis of 3 music videos - analytical + theoretical frameworks (Dyer, Adorno, Mulvey, Hebdige...)
• hyperlink to videos on your Prezi
• screenshots from videos which will have matching shots from our own work later
• record companies - see his blog for outline
• video directors
• shot count analysis- see his blog for outline
