So, next we consider how best to tackle our own answer to Evaluation q.3.We start by considering recent feedback received from focus groups / target audiences.
- We present the information using a tool such as 'Explain Everything'.
- Feedback includes a reference to target audience expectations (Blumler and Katz, 1972).
- Use MediaKnowall such as its explanation of how audiences are constructed to remind yourself about audience theory: audiences feel engaged when they can identify with texts which reflect their concerns.
